About the event

The Tamil Nadu Government’s Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department is organizing the International Muthamizh Murugan Conference on August 24th and 25th at the third Arupadai Veedu, Palani. Global religious leaders and Tamil scholars will participate in this event.

Various forums will be set up at this festival. Specifically, the festival will feature an arts stage, a research seminar where research papers will be read, an exhibition extolling the glory of Kandan, a Velkottam for public worship, and a conference pavilion trumpeting the greatness of the Tamil deity Murugan. Additionally, various awards eminents of be presented in the name of Murugan to religious literary creators, Murugan devotees, those engaged in remarkable religious work, volunteers, orators, and individuals who have performed religious services.

Awards will be given separately for the best research papers selected at the conference. Details of this will be released in the ensuing days. First, we have provided guidelines here for those who intend to submit research papers.
